Our Policies

Security Deposit (new students only):
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $1000 per child will be required within 7 days of accepting a space.  This deposit is applied towards the first weeks of attendance.

Tuition Due Dates:
Depending on the family's billing choice, tuition is processed on Monday of the current eek for weekly accounts, or the first day of the month for monthly accounts.  If the tuition due date is a holiday, the amount due will be processes the following business date.  Payments are made through Tuition Express only.  

Withdrawals:
To withdraw a child from our program we require a 1-month advanced written notice.  If written notice is not received, the family will be required to pay for 1 month of tuition.

Non-Sufficient Funds:
A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned payment.

Absences:
There is no reduction in tuition for absences, vacations, holidays, or other closings.

Sibling Discounts:
Two Children: 10% discount on the tuition for the oldest full-time student, 5% discount for youngest child.

Three or More Children: 10% Discount on Tuition for Oldest Full-Time Child, 10% discount on middle child(ren), 5% discount for youngest child.

Late Pickup Fees:
Families who pick up after 6:00pm will incur a late fee. The charge is $20 per family for any part of the first 15 minutes after closing, and $1 per minute past the first fifteen-minute interval. This fee is due at the time the child is picked up in cash or a check payable to the staff member that stays with the child. No exceptions.
